1 egg and 1 egg white beaten
2 lb ground turkey
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 C water
1/2 C barbecue sauce, divided
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a bowl, beat eggs lightly with fork
3. Add turkey, stuffing mix, water and 1/4 C barbecue sauce. Mix
4. Shape meat mixture into a 13x9 baking dish
5. Top meatloaf with remaining barbecue sauce
6. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through
